Absolutely shocking. I hope they close their doors soon!

Terrible service. Ordered a valentines gift way in advanced. Didn't get delivered. When it eventually arrived a day later at 18h00 in the evening, the substituted it for something completely different. Who in their right mind would pay over R380 for 8 little fortune cookies? I would give les than 0 stars if i could. This is also not the first time they have totally messed up a order. I will NEVER ever be back. The contact center just don't care. They dont reply and dont answer phones.
