Absolutely pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic service. I placed an order for delivery with them on the morning of 31.05.23 with an ETA for delivery on 02.06.23. Till now I haven't received my order or any feedback from the company as to why it wasn't or couldn't be delivered. I called on the 03.06.23 to enquire on the delay and was first told I wasn't reachable on my contact number (which was a flat out lie) and then I was told it was to late to be delivered. I asked my wasn't I notified about it but I received no answers. I was promised a call back in 5mins, and 2 days later I still received no response or assistance, with even an email sent for feedback which still hasn't been responded to. I called again to enquire the morning of 05.06.23 and once again was told they tried to deliver this morning but I wasn't reachable. This again is a lie as I received no calls on both numbers provided to them. They're absolutely useless and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Lie after lie was given with no solution to the issue yet my money was taken quick and fast but I have to be the one to constantly call to find out why they haven't delivered on their end of the agreement. I'd suggest you use any other company and save yourself all the stress and headache!
