Absolutely Pathetic Service

<p>I placed two orders on the 29th September. One for delivery the same day and the next the following day.</p> <p>By 16:30 the parcel for the same day delivery had still not arrived! The company closed by then as well.</p> <p>The lady phoned me and said they did not make it in time but would deliver before 9am the following morning. Till now, nothing.</p> <p>When i phoned i got told "oh sorry, so what can i do for you?" Really? What can you do for me? You can get my orders on tim as promised.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Makes me wonder if the one scheduled for today will make it before 2pm as it is Friday and the company closes early.</p> <p> </p> <p>Take my advice and NEVER order from NetFlorist - They make promises they cannot keep and have real pathetic excuses. I for one will NEVER use them again!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
