Absolutely disgusting

Don't even wanne give 1 star, paid R900 for flowers that is absolutely disgusting and broken and a Helium Happy Birthday balloon that is half deflated it's absolutely disgusting poor service..... And now tomorrow is her birthday and i cannot give this **** to her.....
