absolutely disgusted on how this is run

This is now the 7th time I have tried ordering from netflorist no one ever answers when you phone in no matter what number you select I have held for an agent for over 15 minutes on 4 occasions this last time not to mention the other times I experienced the same problem . The site has issues it is almost impossible to deal with these people especially after i have placed two substantial orders payed in full and can't find out further information
