I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service from Netflorist. I placed this order before 9am this morning. According to the tracking system it was out for delivery since 11:28am today. My family had made plans for the day and now we have to wait until the order is delivered. Our entire day is ruined and all our plans are out the window. I will never ever use you guys for anything ever again. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves, horrible customer service.
