Absolutely awful!!

<p>Thank you netflorist for ruining mother's day. I ordered 2 gifts which I was promised would be delivered between 7 and 11 am. My mum in law recieved hers at 3pm and my mum received NOTHING!!! Do you have any idea how awful she feels right now?? We even cancelled plans because I called your call centre at 12 and was promised the deliveries would both occur and that I should be available. You could have been honest and said you cannot delivery, at least then I could have made other plans to celebrate with my mum. Instead she spent her day indoors thinking her kids had forgotten her. Thanks for nothing.&nbsp;</p>
