Absolute disgrace!

You have the audacity to charge the prices you do but your service is so pathetic.... I placed 3 items in my basket as a gift/surprise for my wife's birthday. One order, one payment. A question even popped up asking me if I would like the order delivered separately or together. I clicked on "together".Yet they decided to deliver one 3rd of the order. A bottle of wine with half wet chocolates. No flowers, no balloon, no card. My wife did not even know it came from me as I was told by a call center agent that the card will arrive later in the day with the flowers. After demanding my refund, I got told I would have to pay a 15% handling fee plus the delivery charge of R79, 90. The manager has yet to call as he promised. What a disgrace of a company. Completely ruined my wife's birthday. Where most companies would offer a complimentary free gift for the inconvenience caused, they just referred me to their T&Cs.
