Absolute **** customer service

I placed an order this morning at 6am for delivery, same day. I then enquired in the afternoon regarding the delivery, and advised our offices close early. I wanted to find out when delivery would be, so I could maybe change my delivery address. The agent who was assisting me was so rude and said I will have to wait for the driver to pitch and hear if he was willing to bring the package to another address and if he wasn’t then too bad. I then proceeded to cancel my order, as I knew we wouldn’t be able to collect the package, and the agent then advised it’s okay they will deduct 15% cancellation fee, and refund me within 3-5 working days. So so so rude the way the agent spoke. I would not EVER shop here again after the way the agent spoke to me. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
