Above and beyond

My initial viewpoint was one of anger and disappointment when my daughter opened her birthday present to her disappointment was not the present I ordered. When I called netflorist ready to give them a piece of my mind they immediately apologize and told me they will deliver the correct parcel today with a hamper for her as an apology. This service is 12 out of 10 service just wanted to compliment them for this and thank them for this.
