**** about delivering to certain areas

The Agents say they will call you back, they never do. Zero feedback!

I placed a number of orders on the 09th of May 2023 for Mother’s Day, I had requested that a portion of the gifts be delivered on the actual Sunday and the rest on the Monday.

I clearly specified that one of the gifts is going to Rustenburg and they accepted the order, even charged me more for the delivery.

I was tracking all the orders since the Tuesday, and it kept saying processing for this one specific order. On Monday, 15th May 2023, I called them to follow up on my Rustenburg order, they tell me that they ran out of stock the previous Thursday, 11 May, yet they couldnt even understand why no one called me to give me this information.

I have called every single day since the 15th of May to date, 18 May trying to figure out what is happening with the order. No one can give me a clear answer, no one ever knows what is happening.

My thing is!! If you know you can’t deliver an item to a certain area, JUST SAY SO!! This experience was a hot mess!!!!!!!!
