About as reliable as the weatherman

<p>After placing an order at 9Am in the morning and requesting that the item be delivered at lunch time. The item was not delivered. I then phoned and asked at 13:00 when it was to be delivered and was informed same day deliveries only leave at 12:00AM. So I bit my tongue and said okay how long will it take I was told the driver leaving now and this parcel has priority. I phoned at 14:30 and asked them I was informed that the parcel only left at 14:21 and will be there is 30 min. Again I phoned at 15:40 and asked where is the parcel and was told maybe by 16:30pm!!! <br />How the $$&&& do you call that priority ?! This was suppose to be the first item in a sequence of events for today and you Fu(&@& it up ! Congrats on your lies, customer agents that just want to get people of the phone. Drivers that clearly don't follow directions or maybe it's management that is so stingy and greedy that it acceptable to make customers wait just to load an extra delivery on the truck.......<br />F&&&&; you and your **** service</p>
