ABOMINABLE SERVICE - NO CUSTOMER CONSIDERATION

I am very annoyed and disappointed with the service. On the day they have to deliver they send me an email saying some of the items I ordered are out of stock. Not even a phone call an email. If I wanted the money back I wouldn't have ordered the items. They think because they have the monopoly in the market they can do as they please., This is not the first time I have had issues with them. I think it is time somebody starts a business that will give them a run for their money. I am utterly dismayed , frustrated and angry.
