A Pather

Absolutely terrible service. It's the third time now. Flowers and chocolates were sent to my mum only received the chocolates days later and flowers not up to standard as picture. My son sent me flowers and chocolates this year for mothers day the wrong order was sent and the wrong chocolates. Yesterday my sister sent me flowers for my birthday the lady called me and I rushed from my outing to get home to meet her as she was lost only to get there and she says I haven't got the flowers in the car and the balloon burst. You as netflorist are there to bring smiles to people and make them happy on their special day but all you do is disappoint them.
