A joke of a business

A terrible company of note, do not bother using them if you haven’t used them before. I first used them 5 years ago and with my first experience they were sloppy, got order dates wrong and delivered incomplete items. 5 years later on 2 June 2020, I decided to give them another chance and use them again, and they continued to fail to deliver, claiming they couldn’t reach the recipient. I updated the numbers and called in the following morning to check if all is in order and to my dismay the driver went out with the details that were not updated. What’s annoying is that they don’t call. You have to follow up, even when they send you an email saying a consultant will call you back.

Don’t bother using them, rather deliver on your own or use alternative companies. Never again!!
