A great florist but subpar nick nack shop for custom logos.

The personalised label on my mug was placed askew and the mug was kind of cheap. I understand that the order arrived in less than 24 hours, and I am greatfule for that, but the gift shouldn't be available for 24 hour delivery if it compromises the quality. I do not know what happened exactly, but you should work on the quality of your products, not the speed of your delivery if this is the end result. So not worth the prize. I'm disappointed and a bit underwhelmed. I had high expectations of such an established brand with so many positive reviews. I may order more in the future, but I will be cautiously optimistic. Usually, the flowers are really nice, so I give 3 stars for the quality of plants, but when it comes to more permanent gifts, they need work.
