I would actually give them a ZERO rating if I could. Don't EVER sign up for their newsletters. If you 'Unsubscribe' they do not release you from their emails. They just keep harassing you with newsletters. I have 'Unsubscribed' more than 4 times and emailed them twice, and they promise to fix it and say it's Resolved, but not. I don't want to deal with them anymore as they don't even deliver flowers where I need delivery, even though their website says 'Nationwide' deliveries. There are other suppliers who are more than able and willing to assist.
