A customer that always used u But you lost now.

I wanted suprise my husband for his birthday with a cake for him and his colleagues. I ordered the cake the 27 March so that it can be delivered on the 28 March The cake it self cost R499 and then i think the delivery an extra R80. So one would think it would be delivered in time!! But NO not with Netflorist. And then I can say my husband works in Randburg not even a town somewhere unknown and far for Netforist for delivery. So husband received his cake at 18:20 on the 28 of march after the delivery person called me can to ask me can i ask my husband to stay later or must she reschedule the delivery. Now i am sure Take a lot has much more deliveries than netforist and the have NEVER dissapoint me like this and I do all my shopping online. I have used netforist for all the gifts that i have send BUT this was one dissapointment that is so Huge I dont know if I would ever get over it because You NETFOLRIST destroyd my suprise for my husband!! And then you are sooo expensive and one gets this poor service.
