The order was placed on 14/06/2020 Delivery was requested for 17/06/2020 for the birthday of the recipient Delivery was made 2 DAYS LATER ON 19 JUNE. When I inquired , a staff member on their chat service informed me a delay was being experienced she offered a voucher as compensation but her management did not approve this gesture.
