80TH BIRTHDAY FLOWERS DELIVERED A WEEK EARLY!!!!!!!

On Friday 14th May I ordered flowers for an 80th birthday to be delivered on the 24th (which is clearly stated on my invoice as the delivery date). I was therefore extremely angry and disssapointed when my Aunt called to thank us for her flowers on Monday 17th May!!!!

Even worse is that I sent them an email asking HOW this could have happened - other than their automated reply to say they will "be in touch" on Monday I've YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE.

After spending almost R700 I'm LOATHE to use them again.
