5 Days later no delivery and they say its out of there hands

<p>Ive been on the phone with NetFlorist since 17 May , I placed a order way in advance on 17th for delivery to happen on 22 May , yet not even that was long enough , Same day delivery is a flooo****! I paid via credit card and now they say after hours and hours on the phne on the day of delivery "its out of their hands " My birthday gift just will not be delivered on the day of delivery very very very upsetting will never trust them again with a special occasion!!!!
