The wreath was delivered as per the delivery date. I received email notifications when the delivery went out and when it was delivered. I am taking 1-star off a 5-star rating because 1) the website suggested messages / other items not related for the event (funeral/ sympathy) and was throwing out random suggestions for birthdays etc (not sure if the algorithm needs a review). 2) Unlike other delivery services, there are no delivery times ranges, just calendar dates. If you want a delivery to be made for an event at a specific time, the service should at least offer AM/ PM delivery or preferably, offer 1 or 2-hr delivery period windows, especially for metro-areas I can understand remote rural locations might be slightly different. Alternatively, perhaps have a specific instructions / additional requests type of input box.
