4 Days late delivery

I ordered a gift for my girlfriend on the 9th of October to be delivered 10th. The gift arrived too late and we had to postpone to the 11th. I was informed a note has been made and it will be delivered first thing the next morning. It is the 14th today and I still have not received anything. I will not use this service again.
