30th birthday surprise ruined, what a useless company

Netflorist spoiled my 30th birthday surprise.My partner ordered a surprise delivery for my birthday,after realizing that its almost 4pm and nothing has come through he had to tell me of the planned surprise so that i can stay a bit .After a follow up we have just been told that they no longer deliver to the area .When the order came through why did you not let him know about this .why did we have to call and not the other way around. no sense of customer care at all.would advise anyone not to use Netflorist ever.
