3 days since Mothers Day and still no flowers!

My dearest Mom is still waiting for her Mother's Day roses! 3 days later. I will not use NetFlorist again. I cannot wait 8 minutes for someone to answer the phone (along with your highly annoying prompts!) then wait a further 7 - 10 minutes while your staff call the florist. Who's answer was simply, oh sorry we never had pink roses! Called twice, both calls were 12-15minutes long! Oh and I emailed NetFlorist and still no reply. Not happy.
