1st of February i placed an order *** for delivery 14th of February on the day i got a message parcel was out for delivery but unfortunately never pitched up until i had to follow up with net florist only then i was informed the order is out of stock i will be refunded. now on the 1st of march i placed another order for delivery on the 5th and guess what driver just rocked up at the gate but can't find the parcel i mean wow how can you mess the same order twice in a row! what an embarrassment to myself and the receiver.
