20th Wedding Anniversary disaster

It was my 20th wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife on the day with a beautiful bouquet of roses. I paid and requested delivery on my anniversary and expected it to be delivered with my personal message in the morning so my wife could enjoy the gift. When it hadn’t arrived by 11am I tried to go into the chat function on the website. No one answered. Eventually at 1pm I phoned the offices and spoke to someone who could give me no idea of delivery and just told me it is out for delivery.

It has ruined my day. My wife has had flowers delivered by other friends and family from online flower stores and the only one that is still not delivered is one from her husband. It has caused a lot of upset in the house and because of that I have no intention of ever using netflorist again. The service is terrible and it has certainly ruined what should have been a very special day for my wife and I.
