2 DISSAPOINTING "BIRTHDAY" ORDERS

Disappointed!!!!!!!!!!! Order number: *** was supposed to be delivered on the 13th January, we called around 15 times, either someone system was offline, no option to contact the driver. We were advised that the order would be delivered each day and only 2 days later was the order delivered!! What does it help then to order for a birthday gift and when you promise a date and you can't deliver? The Birthday gift included a cake so we wanted it delivered on the 13th January 2021. we are disappointed especially as someone who places orders with you regularly. The 14th January 2021 the order was still not delivered after numerous calls and we were told it will be delivered by 7pm, this did not happen and the delivery was only received on the 15th January 2021 (3 days later-Unacceptable)

Then, order number: *** ordered on the 17th January, was supposed to be delivered today, the 18th FOR A BIRTHDAY for someone in hospital and stated the 18th when I ordered. I called in and the lady advises that the order will now be changed to the 19th as it is personalized, why does the system not advise of this????????????????? Since they are having an operation tomorrow, they might not even get the gift or enjoy the treats as they will be in ICU!! If you had at least advised on the website WHEN ordering that it will only be done by the 19th, we could have made our own decision to not include the personalized items. Think we should find another service provider to spend our R1,000's at.
