1st wedding anniversary ruined

I live in Dubai and my wife in Oudtshoorn (she is relocating). I ordered 12 red roses on the 5th of Jan '19 for delivery on the 12th of Jan '19 and was supposed to be a surprise. You see, the 12th of Jan were our 1st wedding anniversary and sadly no flowers arrived. I had to ask my wife if there was a delivery and she responded no. This has nullified the surprise element and so I had to wait for Monday to make a call as Netflorist does not have a call center that is open on the weekends. I called in on the 14th of Jan to check. A lady then told me that an email was sent to me on the 11th informing me that the florist in Oudtshoorn did not have 12 red roses so she asked me if they can create a mixed bunch and deliver it to which I responded yes please. Guess what, today is the 15th and still no delivery, so I phoned again and the lady looked and again asked me for permission to deliver. You have ruined my 1st wedding anniversary!!!!!
