1st AND last time

I placed an order yesterday with netflorist in the afternoon, I spoke to a gentlemen whom I did not take the name down as I thought everything was gonna run smoothly with no problems, I wanted to do a same day delivery but was told it's too late as the cut off time is 12:00. he suggested I still do the order and it WILL leave with the morning drivers. I call them now to track the shipment and I get told it's lying in the warehouse and will only go out this afternoon. What's the point or placing an order and be told that it will be there 1st thing in the morning and now it's gonna leave with the orders that were placed today??? now the person is leaving @14:00 and the parcel will still not reach her. Disgusted with their service and wont bother using them AGAIN.
