Good day,<br> <br> I have a complain that I need to address to Netflorist/Cerie rose bouquet,<br> my husband ordered flowers for me and they were supposed to be delivered on Saturday, but till to date I haven't received the flowers and Netflorist went ahead and **** to my husband telling him on an email that the goods have been delivered, so netflorist your service is pathetic and your ****** as you went and deduct his credit card but on your side you never fulfilled your promise, please note that we don't want those flowers anymore, just send back his money immediately.
