100% satisfaction not guaranteed!

As advertised, 100% satisfaction guaranteed is not the case.

after spending a large amount of money to deliver gifts for loved ones, the gifts did not arrive on the correct day. There was no warning, updates, or apology. After sending an Email, I received an automated response saying the ticket was closed but nothing was actually done or spoken about from their side.

2 weeks later and a couple of emails I still have not received any reply from them what so ever.
