1 day late on delivery and unhappy with product

My husband and I are away on holiday in Italy and wanted to surprise our kids who are back home in Gauteng Midrand by ordering a large hatbox of chocolates from net florist. <br> <br> The order was meant to be delivered yesterday around 3pm after they arrive from school.....the net florist driver went to my house yesterday but when he got there realized that they forgot to pack the order!!! Not sure how this happens but it did!!! So they advised my disappointed kids that they will bring it today - the surprise was clearly ruined. To add insult to injury they only delivered it this evening at 7.30!! <br> <br> The order was for a LARGE hatbox of chocolates - my kids sent me a pic...the box is smaller than the size of an ego deodorant can!!! And there were only 10 chocolate bars in the box - it costed me R269 Excluding delivery charges...sounds like a real ******* to customers if you ask me...I will NEVER use them again that's for sure!<br> <br> Warning to customers perhaps confirm exactly what you are getting before ordering and getting disappointed...not a nice feeling at all!
