Netdata unprofessional behaviour

I bought a company from a guy.He furnished me with all the info as regards suppliers,clientele etc.With this came the info for the lady who was hosting and managing his website.Her company name is NetData.Suffice to say that the website is quite crucial to the success of the business.I contacted the lady for the website to arrange for further management of the site and was very disgusted at her behaviour.She claims the previous owner didnt pay her for her work but is refusing to take it up with him.Instead,shes holding me ransom for their dispute.I explianed quite calmly to her that it dosent make sense that shes begrudging me for a dispute between them but shes refusing to budge.Demanding money from him while hes claiming that hes paid her up in full and says shes very sneaky and is trying to ****** money from me but totally senseless from her to hold it against me but refuses to take any action against me.Very unprofessional and seems shes more intent on showing that shes someone than playing a professional role shes supposed to play as an owner of a firm. Extremely disgusting.
