wow wow wow

I went to Mulbarton hospital this morning although I really hate it but didn't have a choice seeing is the only one close to me. When I got there and waited for over an hour and half I got so upset by the time the doctor came to see me I was impatient, angry and mostly very hungry. I lost it with Dr van der Westhuizen but wow she handled herself like a pro and explained the emergencies they had and how she would like to deal with her patients. She was cool,calm and collected and even after my drama treated me like number 1 and really gave me the best care <br> I have never ever in my +- 15years of dealing with Mulbarton experience that. The Dr's are always rude and arrogant but she was wow.to top it all the sister allocated to me Emma although she could not do much to calm me before doctor came she was respectful and professional and mostly very carrying. As I complained about hunger she went and organised food for me so I'm sorted as their shop didn't sell food. I was so wonderfully shocked that Mulbarton for a change got competent people's persons. I really take my hat off to these two amazing women and hope most will learn from them how patients are to be treated regardless. WOW!
