Worst service from Netcare

Was the worst stay I’ve ever had in a hospital. Was admitted to St Augustine’s hospital Durban - Netcare in the Neuro ward. The staff is not helpful at all I was admitted on Monday for mri and X-rays to be done on Wednesday afternoon I found out that the bookings were not made since Monday. After speaking to many nurses they kept telling me to wait and relax. I ended up speaking to the head sister in this ward which was a horrible interaction. She was cold and rude , ignoring me in front of her she ended up calling to arrange with no explanation she told me to go back to my room and wait ,,, whiles walking back she then advised one of the nurses to advise me of my appointment no explanation or apology. I then said thank you to her and she ignored me yet again upset that I had to rush after them to book my appointment. Day staff is unfriendly and makes it difficult to appreciate them I also asked to be spoken to in English but still no one listens . We pay a lot to get good service.
