Worst service ever !!!

netcare " prides " itself in providing excellent service. Netcare Garden City hospital is the worst place when it comes to providing information relating to claims. It has been 3 months waiting for motivation letters from the doctors who attended to me. Why must me as a patient run after a hospital to provide all the details one request. Make it know i will not come to this hospital every again - , staff and doctors alike, one has to beg to get information that you paid for., and due to this delay medical aid will not settle my claims but garden city can send their collections agents to call me like crazy for payment but they delayed sending me the required information.
