Worst Service Ever

On 08 October 2019 i paid a dep of R1400.00 for an operation for my nieces son.The aneathetist did not arrive and the operation was cancelled.I contacted them in January 2020 and asked when will I receive a refund.I was told that I need to prove that I paid the dep.I was requested to forward my banking details,which I did.After a day I was told to send a copy of id which I did.I was then requested to send a copy of my debit card which matched the card no that was used when dep was made.I did so although I was not happy.They now have all my personal details which I am not happy with,how secure is that.Today I received an email from Johannes Rama***o stating that the refund is on hold due to my name not appearing on my debit card but the numbers that they have on record matches my debit card.I now have to spend money on petrol as I do not stay near the Clinton Hospital in Alberton,I need to pay R28.00 for a statement to proof to them that the money that they owe me is mine.
