Worst hospital service ever!!!!

Akasia netcare hospital has the worst emergency service! We came her at 6pm my daughters ear nearly chipped off the bleeding as even stopped and we have not been assisted, I do not know why it's called emergency if no one is helping, u ask they tell u it's full u need to wait, I don't know what will happen if the piece of ear falls off while waiting, I mean why go to a private hospital only to get service like public hospital!!!
