Worst hospital experience and it just got worse
I was shocked to finally arrive home with my premature baby and wife to receive sms saying we are liable for R 170 000 and we need to pay it within 5 days. The sms says we failed to register our baby with the medical aid.

When I call Chandbi to find out what is going, why are we getting an sms like this when it is not even a month since the birth our child. More than that, we had just arrived back home with our baby two days ago.

When I told Chandbi that in order to add a baby to the medical aid we needed a birth certificate and that takes a week because Home Affairs official only comes every wednesday. She tells me it takes three days.

She didn't want to understand that it takes process to register the baby and it is not even a month since his birth.

I will definitely be one of the people who recommends that people never go to N1 City Netcare. This is not just because of the administration but also the service we received there for the past month my wife and child have been there. We almost had to basically plead for them to discharge our son because of it.

I was told never to go to N1 City Netcare, now I know why and will also tell people the same
