WORST HOSPITAL EVER!!!!

On the 30th of September I was rushed to trauma at Gardencity netcare. I waited more than 30 minutes to be looked at by the two ladies that were sitting in a small room. The one lady that was typing stated: That the fact that I was bleeding uncontrollably,wasn't seen as an emergency. I felt extremely dizzy,fatigue and I was bleeding alot. The lady also said that the hospital will take long because the condition that I was in wasn't seen as an emergency. I waited more than an hour to be admitted after paying R500 as a co payment. I was there for the whole day and I was treated like a joke. Nothing that I said was taken seriously at all. I was discharged the same day. More than a month later after this **** show event,the hospital decided to start sending bills without sending my scans results to me as they were supposed to do. This hospital isn't better than Helen Joseph when it comes to service. The doctor also didn't take me seriously. I am extremely unhappy with the service that this hospital gave me. I do not recommend this clown show of a hospital for nurses to anyone at all.
