Worst General Staff, but Best Doctors

Netcare Waterfall is a beautiful clean hospital, with the most unprofessional admin and general workers who know nothing about customer service and efficient service delivery. They do not care whatsoever about their job.

Thou I need to mention that the Doctors are the most qualified, passionate, humane and dedicated professionals in town. I would definitely recommend and give them 5 stars. A big shout out and appreciation post to Dr Petse - Gynaecologist, Dr Parris- pedestrian, Dr Tumelo Mashatola and Nurse Neo - From Emergency Centre. They honestly make me coming back to this hospital despite the terrible general service. I really appreciate the love the Drs have for their jobs and people. 🙌🏾❤️
