Worst experience of my life in Umhlanga hospital

I was admited at umhlanga hospital on 17th January 2022 I must say the service from this hospital has dropped to 0%. I tested +for COVID 19 which was surprising for me as I have never been in contact with any one the whole of December but i was oky with that and didn't make a fuss about it .. I actually came for my operation that was scheduled last year December by my doctor. The ward 11 that they moved us too had no Aircon no one really came to check nor give us our medication that we paid for our ward waa boiling hot and this ward is just opposite the laundry room with a portable fan which I'm not sure where it blows to , umhlanga hospital has really gone from bad to worse , I think some normal government hospital has more competent nursesthan here , I'm in a ward with a coughing lady with covid 19 as well but no assistance, the toilet is broken we,showers is fealty like there's no cleaning staff. I am a very organized person and respectful but this hospital is like a dumping area , there's no cleanines in this ward at all , I hope this is my last visit to this dump and unprofessional so called private hospital. It doesn't matter what you admitted for what deases or illness we are paying a lot of money to be treated like animals in a cage . No body really gives a **** about how you feel .
