WORST EXPERIENCE

I had the worst experience at SUNWARD PARK hospital in December 2020 as well as in March 2021!

Im December I had a knee injury which resulted being admitted into hospital. I torn my ligaments and was u able to walk by myself.

I had asked one of the nurses to please assist me by getting the injury report from casualty as it was needed by my medical aid. The nurse responded and said no he is busy amd can't help me and I had to get it myself.

The other patients in the room had to assist my by going to the bathroom as the nurses was always to busy.

March 2021,I had to go for surgery, and once again experienced the wors experience ever!! Once again I couldn't help myself going to the bathroom,again the patients in the room had to assist me.

I asked can someone please give me a bath, the response I got was frightening. The senior asked the nurse in front of me to please bath me amd she responded NO!!!!!!!

The sad part of all this is, is the fact that I used to work at this same hospital.
