Worst casualty experience ever!

Worst casualty experience ever. Unfriendly staff & disinterested doctors. My wife was sent home with a CRP of 281 & was admitted to another hospital the following day where she stayed for another week due to the severity of her condition. When I asked the hospital manager for a refund they just shrugged their shoulders and told me that the casualty falls under another department and is not their responsibility. Absolutely appalled by the level of incompetence and service delivery.
