WORST Akasia Hospital BAD BAD BAD

Netcare Akasia Hospital should just be officially categorized as a public hospital, because from the Dr to the Nurses no one shows any sense of urgency or compassion towards patients and families of the sick. Yesterday on the 14th June 2025, I rushed my son (4 years old) who was extremely in pain due to a pain in his left ear. There was no one in the waiting area since we arrived at 23:00 my son was done all the checks before being called im with myself into the emergency rooms were we were told to wait for the Dr. 1 hour later the Dr is still not attending and my son is in so much pain, i tried playing and talking to him out of the pain, but I could see he was in pain and just trying to be strong and answer my continuous questions. We hear the Dr in the corridors asking nurses what drinks they want and goes on to buy them all drinks, and comes back and still doesnt check any patients. He disappeared again for another hour and comes back says something along the lines of him knocking of or going somewhere, which led to nurses talking to each other if their patients will be seen by the Dr, I took my son we went out and left the hospital without any help from the Dr on duty and nurses, I took him back home and struggled with him throughout the night, no one even called to find out where are we, all they did was talk in the corridors and neglected all patients to wait until they felt like helping us. This hospital is a NO GO especially when you think the amount of monies medical aids pay this guys. AKASIA HOSPITAL IS BAD BAD BAD BAD
