Worst accounts department

The accounts department is so unprofessional, does not answer calls and when they do, they transfer you back to the switchboard. Their paramedics wrote an incorrect diagnosis which is now costing me. They’re giving me the run around and I am absolutely appalled at their service. Netcare used to be one of the best service providers. They’re really slacking now. Sad to see
