Worsest maternity experience at parklane

The worsest maternity ever experienced. The nurses are worse than the public hospitals. You have to ask for pain killers cos they don't have a set time to give patients medication. First day I slept in a pool of blood cos The day nurses said that evening nurses will change the sheets. Then this nurse who acted like she was doing me a favor by bathing my child, took of the pax, which caused my child's cord to ******* without being healed on the inside. when I thought it can't get worse, I receive an exorbitant invoice of god knows what. When I tried calling to enquire about it, I called parklane account line, only to be transferred 10 times cos one wanted to work. The likes of Una,Thobile need to be fired, clearly they are not interested in working
