Worse Service at Private Hospital ever

Netcare Garden City is becoming like public hospital. The people working there is very unprofessional at the front desk. My father is admitted in hospital since Monday its Thursday they still didn't help him finish. Instead they came to him to do covid19 test twice he doesn't have covid19 he never had his there for something else. Instead they worry more about that then helping him out because his in a lot of pain. No one allowed in the hospital to see they families now that allows the nurses and people working there to just ignore the people. My father phones me everyday to complain. Yet we must pay for him to be there everyday. What bull**** is that.
