Worried about all patients in general

I'm home sitting with a wound that was coursed by the meternity ward at waterfall city netcare

I made contact with the client service at this hospital as I nearly died due to what happened to me at this hospital but I guess because they believed I'm a nobody they are not giving me feedback

What has happened is I gave birth on the 26th of September 2019, a ceaserian which was performed well by my gyne Then I was moved to the meternity ward where one nurse injected me with what was believed to be a pain medication on my lower back This then caused me to react and developed a cellulitis that at the end ended up as an upses I had to leave my baby at hope and go back to hospital on the second day of being discharge from the hospital

My issue is now in sitting with bills that need to be paid question is who should pay this bills.

Management at this hospital know about this but they ignoring the matter

The lady in the maternity ward "the ward manager" Advised that I go the legal way

So according to what she's advised she means that I must take more time away from my child and run around with lawyers

I wonder why they are ignoring my query and wonder what would have happened if I died during this whole process

This has left me with a scar on my back, a terrible back pain, simply because I chose to go to this hospital to give birth
